Data Platform / Directory

Connecting provider management with public search and discovery.

CBHN

Cass & York worked on a service-provider platform combining a custom backend API with a searchable WordPress directory experience.

The situation

A provider directory has two operational sides.

Internally, the organization needs to create, update, organize, and maintain provider records.

Externally, users need to find the right provider quickly based on services, location, specialties, and other criteria. CBHN required both.

What we built

Provider management connected to a public directory.

The public WordPress experience retrieves and searches the backend data through a custom directory plugin.
